The Juice...
is crisp, fresh and zesty. The epitome of a house style wine - clean and crushable, but with texture and lovely ripe fruit flavours. You could almost say that there is a briny, olive like character, but someone might give you an odd glance for over contextualising the wine. It's simple, fun and really well made. For drinking now.

Alpha Zeta is a project created by New Zealand winemaker Matt Thomson and UK wine importer, David Gleave MW. They work with with local Veronese grape growers in the hills of north-east Verona to produce modern, fresh wines that always overdeliver at their modest price point...
The Nuts & Bolts...
100% Garganega (The principle grape for Soave)
20% of the juice was fermented in large format oak to add another layer of complexity. The wine was then held in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks on fine lees until bottling.

Orders must be placed before 12pm for next day delivery (Monday - Thursday). Orders placed before 12pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday and before 12pm on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
To order wine for national delivery, we have a minimum order requirement of £20.

You will receive an automated confirmation on ordering. It is unavoidable that wines will sometimes be out of stock, so we will always contact you to advise a delivery estimate in this case. If you need the wine for a particular date, or before a particular date please make sure you specify this.
Deliveries are normally made weekdays before 4pm. Unsuccessful deliveries will be attempted the next working day if nobody is available to accept the delivery, unless you specify a place to leave the shipment in this case.
If a request is made for wine to be left unattended, Vino Gusto will not be held responsible if the wine goes missing after the courier has delivered it. If a delivery has not arrived in the timeframe, please let us know. Although the courier should tell us if there are any breakages, please let us know of any damage within 24 hours of receipt, so we can investigate. Please also be sure to check the number of cases for which you are signing; we cannot replace wine that has been signed for but not received.
We do not deliver wine internationally. Please note that we, regretfully, are currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland.
