This is like the bastard love child of Pinot Noir & Syrah. Two of my (and any self respecting winos) favourite varieties. Loaded with juicy cherry (obviously) with raspberry and blueberry playing second fiddle. Violets, white pepper and thyme linger nicely in the background. This is a soft, lighter wine, but there is surprising power and juiciness, making the wine feel friendly and warm. Unctuous, gluggable and terrifically moreish.

'The Dot' wines are from famous producer, Weingut R&A Pfaffl. The purpose of the range is to offer a dynamic, fruit forward selection of wines which are labelled after their dominant fruit character. Encompassing clean, modern, easily understood labels and accessible price point these have quickly become a highly sort after range of wines. 

Weingut R&A Pfaffl are a family winery run by siblings; Roman Joseph Pfaffl and Heidi Fischer. Their philosophy is to respect management of natural resources and environment. Meticulous canopy management, manual selection of grapes, and sensitivity for the vines’ needs make it possible to cope with the vagaries of the weather and produce top quality wines year on year.

Local delivery within 20km of our Bury St Edmunds shop is made by the Vino Gusto team. Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered within three working days. There is a minimum spend of £20 for this service.

Please give details of a safe location for your parcel to be left if you are not going to be in.

NATIONAL DELIVERY

UK Mainland (England, Wales, Scottish Borders & Central Scotland)  
Orders must be placed before 12pm for next day delivery (Monday - Thursday). Orders placed before 12pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday and before 12pm on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
To order wine for national delivery, we have a minimum order requirement of £20. Free next working day delivery for orders over £150.
Orders up to £149.99 - £10 (per case)

We do not deliver wine internationally. 

You will receive an automated confirmation on ordering. It is unavoidable that wines will sometimes be out of stock, so we will always contact you to advise a delivery estimate in this case. If you need the wine for a particular date, or before a particular date please make sure you specify this.
Delivery is then the following working day. So if you order before 12pm and we have the stock available, you should receive your wine the following working day, as stated above.

Deliveries are normally made weekdays before 4pm.

Unsuccessful deliveries will be attempted the next working day if nobody is available to accept the delivery, unless you specify a place to leave the shipment in this case. If a request is made for wine to be left unattended, Vino Gusto will not be held responsible if the wine goes missing after the courier has delivered it.

If a delivery has not arrived in the timeframe, please let us know. Although the courier should tell us if there are any breakages, please let us know of any damage within 24 hours of receipt, so we can investigate. Please also be sure to check the number of cases for which you are signing; we cannot replace wine that has been signed for but not received.
Please note that we, regretfully, are currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland.
