Gift cards are automatically delivered to you by email. They will be sent to the customer placing an order. To gift the voucher, you can print a copy, or forward the link to a loved one. Can't see it in your inbox? First check your junk mail folder and then get in touch with us if you're having problems.
Terms & Conditions
This voucher can be used as part or full payment for goods bought from Vino Gusto. It must be presented at the time of payment. When the price of the goods is lower than the value of the gift voucher, the difference will remain available to spend on a future purchase.
Gift vouchers cannot be used to discharge indebtedness on previous orders or in respect of accounts held at Vino Gusto, nor any of its associated companies.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
Promotional vouchers cannot be used as payment for gift vouchers.
Gift vouchers have no expiry date.
NATIONAL DELIVERY
UK Mainland (England, Wales, Scottish Borders & Central Scotland)
Orders must be placed before 12pm for next day delivery (Monday - Thursday). Orders placed before 12pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday and before 12pm on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
To order wine for national delivery, we have a minimum order requirement of £20.
Free next working day delivery for orders over £99.
Orders up to £98.99 - £8 (per case).
You will receive an automated confirmation on ordering. It is unavoidable that wines will sometimes be out of stock, so we will always contact you to advise a delivery estimate in this case. If you need the wine for a particular date, or before a particular date please make sure you specify this.
Deliveries are normally made weekdays before 4pm. Unsuccessful deliveries will be attempted the next working day if nobody is available to accept the delivery, unless you specify a place to leave the shipment in this case.
If a request is made for wine to be left unattended, Vino Gusto will not be held responsible if the wine goes missing after the courier has delivered it. If a delivery has not arrived in the timeframe, please let us know. Although the courier should tell us if there are any breakages, please let us know of any damage within 24 hours of receipt, so we can investigate. Please also be sure to check the number of cases for which you are signing; we cannot replace wine that has been signed for but not received.
We do not deliver wine internationally. Please note that we, regretfully, are currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland.
