This website sells alcoholic wines and beers. These products are intended for residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over only. By accessing this site or purchasing from us, you confirm that:

  • You are in the United Kingdom at the time of purchase.

  • You understand that delivery orders must be signed for by an adult.

It is an offence to attempt to buy alcohol if you are underage, or to purchase alcohol on behalf of someone under the legal drinking age.

By using this site or making a purchase (in-store or online), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not access or use the site or its services.

We use Shopify to power both our online store and Shopify POS in-store system.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE AND IN-STORE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm:

  • You are at least 18 years old and legally able to purchase alcohol in the UK.

  • You are not using our services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

  • You will not transmit harmful code or engage in prohibited behaviour.

Shopify POS Notice: If you have a Shop account (Shopify’s customer app), and you shop in-store with us via POS, we may automatically receive your email address and transaction data to help speed up checkout and provide digital receipts. This is controlled via your Shop account settings.

A breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of service.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Your non-payment data may be transmitted unencrypted over various networks. Payment information is always encrypted.

You agree not to replicate or exploit our content, service, or site without our express written permission.

SECTION 3 – ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We aim to provide accurate information but cannot guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free. You use this site and rely on its content at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify site content without obligation to update it.

SECTION 4 – MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Prices and product availability may change without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time and will not be liable for such changes.

We strive to display product images and descriptions accurately but cannot guarantee full colour or image accuracy across devices.

Any ambiguities shall not be interpreted against the drafting party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
