Taganana is my favourite vineyard I have visited. Wild, difficult and dangerous, this is 'heroic vinitcultre' at it's most obvious. Taganan Tinto is wild and energetic. It's a kitchen sink blend with almost everything in the vineyard thrown at it. Cherry red with lifted red fruit flavours, a mineral core and a red pepper spice. Nice lifted, salty acidity carries a long finish. Delicious.
