At least 3 years on the lees has given this Champagne a toasty quality which just makes me feel happy. The Pinot Noir (of which this wine is 60% with the balance being made up of Chardonnay) has taken on these flavours with grace and class. Baked apple, ripe apricot and a touch of dried fruit are supported by cream and a refined brioche.
Serve this at every celebration deserving of Champagne and you will get a reputation for having 'a touch of class'...
