Oh yes. Bright, fresh and eminently drinkable. Green pear, red apple and a nice clean mineral feel as though you're sniffing the tuffeau soils of the Loire. But, in a delicious way? A wonderful aperitif. Lovely.

For more than a century, Domaine des Trottières (which you will agree, is a joy to say) have been cultivating an exceptional terroir, located in the historic town of Thouarcé ideally located between the Coteaux du Layon and the fertile lands of Anjou in the Loire Valley. Run with passion and commitment by the Lamotte family since 1985, the exceptional vineyard is recognised and awarded. The meticulous work and commitment brought to each vintage allows them to subtly combine traditions, terroir and creativity.
