This should be every Burgundy fan's Tuesday night go-to. Vinified in the prestigious cellars of Maison Jaffelin in the heart of Beaune, but produced from Chardonnay fruit  from the Languedoc (70%), Gascogne (15%) and the Loire (15%). A true "Vin de France". This is pure and fresh - no oak used here to preserve the delicious fruit. Green apples, a touch of citrus and some soft stone fruit are fused together by a zippy acidity. Burgundy in style, mid week in price. Enjoy with a hearty home cooked chicken casserole.
