A very bight, fresh style of Chardonnay, with a little richness on the palate. Preserved lemons, pink grapefruit and a touch of spice on the nose. Much of the same pure fruit on the palate, with a hint of brioche and apple crumble. A little body, nicely balanced by zippy, fresh acidity. An easy drinking style - brilliant with or without food. If you're choosing with, try shellfish.
The 'Vinum' range by Radford Dale aims to be equally at home on bistro tables and wine shop shelves. The focus for Vinum is to offer value, authenticity and elegance. Many of the details are similar to that of the premium Terroir range from Radford Dale - similar or identical vineyard sites as well as viticultural practices and winemaking techniques are being employed.
