Juicy, rich and spicy, this is cool Syrah. Lots of dark berry fruits, a liquorice tang and swathes of eucalyptus, wild herbs and red peppercorn. Very seductive in it's way and surprisingly easy drinking with the drift of chewy tannin across the palate. Still, a smooth ride and a generous on the finish. Drinking well now alongside a juicy piece of steak, but can be aged with confidence.
