A lesson in seduction... On first impression she's gorgeous, delicate, floral and enticing. Lilac and blossom pull you in to discover a deeper, richer bouquet of vanilla, saffron and elderflower. But as you get to know the wine, it's clear that plenty more lies beneath the surface; she's not superficial. She's articulate, deeply passionate and even temperamental. Nutty and candied with earthy spices of cumin and cinnamon mask a slightly bitter feel and a lingering saltiness. Every sip peels back the curtain to reveal just a little more.
