Unbelievable value here. Fine, elegant Bourgogne Blanc from a tiny little producer, just outside of Chablis. Steely and lemony and mineral with hints of flint and cream. Very classy and easy to enjoy as a posh aperitif, but try it with a seafood pasta dish - you won't be let down! Satisfying on many of levels.
