Quintessential Chablis from a top producer. Pure and precise with aromas of pear, citrus and hazlenuts. On the palate, it's so crisp and taut with nervy, steely acidity and zingy citrus fruits. A real powerhouse of a white wine, it's drinking beautifully now if you're up for the fight, but leave for a few years and this will soften beautifully.

Forêts is one of the most sought-after lieu-dits of Chablis, situated in the larger Montmains 1er cru, producing expressive wines with exceptional mineral depth and complexity.

The Naudet family have been winemakers since the 17th century, but Domaine Moreau-Naudet itself only came into existence in 1950, following the marriage of Marie Naudet and René Moreau. Their son, Stéphane Moreau took over the winemaking in the early 90s and quickly built a reputation for making exceptional wines of power and finesse. His untimely passing in 2016 left the winemaking world in shock, having lost an undoubted star. To this day, the family have taken on the domaine and continue to make wines of superb quality and critical acclaim.
