This is Pinot Blanc in it's purest form with flavours of delicate stone fruit, subtle spice and stoney minerality. The wine has beautiful texture and character, thanks to traditional and gentle winemaking. Full of verve and energy but sophisticated and complex with umami tones and a long finish. Simply gorgeous.

After working as a sommelier in his native Japan, Jintaro enrolled in oenology school and gained experience in vineyards across New Zealand and Burgundy before settling with his family in Alsace in 2012.
