Dellchen is a very steep vineyard and is planted on a complex mix of volcanic and slate soils. Beautifully balanced and displaying a mix of jasmine, apricot and ginger spice. The acidity is nervy and the palate has amazing tension, this is a wine that will age in the bottle for so many years to come.
