Ktima Gerovassiliou Malagousia 2023

This wine is so expressive, and so unique. We adore it. If we were ever poured it blind, we'd be able to say from a meter away what the wine is. Big, bold aromas of white pear, juicy peach, mango and lemon zest combine with intense floral characters and launch out of the glass to invade your nostrils. The palate is just as delightfully intense. Rich and spicy with a mouthwatering acidity carry the finish all the way. 

Ktima Gerovassiliou is the brainchild of Evangelos Gerovassiliou. He initiated the revival of the family vineyard by planting the nearly extinct Malagousia in 1981. This state of the art winery is now surrounded by 72 hectares of meticulously well cared vineyards on the slopes of Epanomi. Ktima Gerovassiliou guarantees consistent, high quality wines of international acclaim every year and his Malagousia remains the benchmark to this day.
