Super bright, juicy and zippy red Burgundy. This is loaded with red fruit: raspberry, cranberry and cherries. The palate is explosive with similar red fruits, a touch of pink peppercorn spice and electric acidity. Very drinkable! Delicious with roast chicken on a Sunday, or a good charcuterie board. Equally, I'd pour this at a summer barbecue party, slightly chilled. 

Domaine Billard Père et Fils has been a family domain for four generations, based in La Rochepot in Hautes Côtes de Beaune. Since 1999, Jérôme Billard has been at the helm, and he is training his son Louis Billard in the family's know-how, after the latter has worked for two years at vineyards in South Africa and Australia, as well as at Domaine de la Romanée Conti.
