This is a humble villages wine, but you'd never guess that if you can't see the label. 2014 is a favourite Red Burgundy vintage of mine, producing classic wines with lots of freshness. Lots of fruit remains. There is black cherry, raspberries, and a touch of vanilla spice. The palate is velvety with layers of red fruit, earthy minerality, and a refined, lingering finish. This is drinking very well. I'd love it with confit duck, or an earthy wild mushroom risotto. 

Domaine Remoriquet can trace its history back to 1890 - today it is run by Gilles who is the 4th generation of Remoriquets to make wine. Gilles makes a fine range of wines, mostly from Nuits St Georges, that require time in bottle to overcome their initial tannins. Gilles Remoriquet is not a winemaker who rests on his laurels. He is forever looking for ways to improve his wines. Most recently he has been to the Jura to see a specialist about selecting the right blend of manure. How glamorous. Remoriquet is one of the top estates in NSG but the prices have yet to catch up... This is (in relative terms), a bargain.

Local delivery within 20km of our Bury St Edmunds shop is made by the Vino Gusto team. Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered within three working days. There is a minimum spend of £20 for this service.

Please give details of a safe location for your parcel to be left if you are not going to be in.

NATIONAL DELIVERY

UK Mainland (England, Wales, Scottish Borders & Central Scotland)  
Orders must be placed before 12pm for next day delivery (Monday - Thursday). Orders placed before 12pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday and before 12pm on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday.
To order wine for national delivery, we have a minimum order requirement of £20. Free next working day delivery for orders over £150.
Orders up to £149.99 - £10 (per case)

We do not deliver wine internationally. 

You will receive an automated confirmation on ordering. It is unavoidable that wines will sometimes be out of stock, so we will always contact you to advise a delivery estimate in this case. If you need the wine for a particular date, or before a particular date please make sure you specify this.
Delivery is then the following working day. So if you order before 12pm and we have the stock available, you should receive your wine the following working day, as stated above.

Deliveries are normally made weekdays before 4pm.

Unsuccessful deliveries will be attempted the next working day if nobody is available to accept the delivery, unless you specify a place to leave the shipment in this case. If a request is made for wine to be left unattended, Vino Gusto will not be held responsible if the wine goes missing after the courier has delivered it.

If a delivery has not arrived in the timeframe, please let us know. Although the courier should tell us if there are any breakages, please let us know of any damage within 24 hours of receipt, so we can investigate. Please also be sure to check the number of cases for which you are signing; we cannot replace wine that has been signed for but not received.
Please note that we, regretfully, are currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland.
