It's vibrant, zesty and oozes flavours of passion fruit. A real treat with seafood and herby pesto's as well as Asian inspired dishes - we recommend dunking some prawn crackers in Thai sweet chili sauce with a glug of this wine... you'll thank us later!
Named after the native Weka bird of New Zealand, who's notoriously feisty and inquisitive. They are often found close to vineyards and forms part of the Maori folk law. Naturally, the 'Weka' personality is reflected in the wine. With just a touch of juice aged in French oak to add richness, the feisty aromas of lime and citrus really bring out the classic kiwi tropical tang that we all know and love.
