This is exciting, crisp and clean pét-nat. Bursting with floral aromas, honey, orange blossom, mandarin, and juicy stone fruit. Soft, creamy bubbles carry those flavours through on a textured palate, thanks to time on lees. Bright, fresh and dry, with zippy acidity and a herbal twist on the finish—playful, aromatic, and seriously refreshing. Best enjoyed alongside steaming hot, Serrano Ham & Manchego Croquetas.
