Alright, maybe this is just an excuse to open some incredible bottles from our favourite wine-producing country - but what better reason? With brighter days, warmer weather, and spring in full swing, it’s the perfect time to explore Italy’s most iconic wine regions, from Piedmont, Veneto, Tuscany and beyond!
We’ll start with crisp, refreshing indigenous white varieties before diving into bold, powerful reds - think Super Tuscans and Amarone.
Join Evelyn of team VG for an evening of discovery as we explore some of Italy’s most intriguing and unexpected wines. Whether you're a seasoned sipper or just starting your wine journey, this night is all about great wine, great company, and unforgettable flavours.

- Please arrive at 18:50 for a 19:00 start. The tastings usually last for around two hours.
- No physical ticket required, just bring a copy of your order confirmation (on a phone is fine).
- Please confirm when booking if you have any allergies or dietary requirements. Please note that our cheese & wine tastings cannot be tailored to accommodate strict vegetarian diets due to the nature of our presentation.
- Strictly no under 18's.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- We adore our wonky old building. All we regret is that the staircase to our first floor bathroom and tasting room isn't overly forgiving and as such rules us out from being accessible. So sorry for the inconvenience it may cause.
- Please note that we kindly ask attendees not to wear strong aftershave or perfume for the event. This sounds like a silly request, but we try and keep our tasting room as a controlled environment so that only the wine fumes invade our nostrils.
