Portugal is having a serious moment right now in the wine world. And for good reason!
Gone are the days when Portuguese wines meant just heavy, rustic styles. Today, they’re all about freshness, balance, and vibrant flavours that grab your attention. The magic comes from dedicated producers scattered across lesser-known regions, working with native grapes like Touriga Nacional, Baga, and Alvarinho.
These winemakers focus intensely on their vineyards, prioritising healthy soils and ripe, quality fruit to create wines that feel natural, energetic, and downright exciting.
Whether it’s the crisp, zesty whites from Vinho Verde or the bold, structured reds of the Douro, picking just six bottles to showcase this diversity? Now that’s a challenge.
See you there.

- We adore our wonky old building. All we regret is that the staircase to our first floor WC and tasting room is not forgiving and as such rules us out from being accessible. Sorry for the inconvenience it may cause.
- Please note that we kindly ask attendees not to wear strong aftershave or perfume for the event. This sounds like a silly request, but we try and keep our tasting room as a controlled environment so that only the wine fumes invade our nostrils.
