You may or may not know much about ‘orange’ or skin contact wine - and before you ask, it isn't made from oranges!
Orange wine is capturing the world’s attention, and it’s no wonder — it’s only getting more exciting. While Georgia is often hailed as the birthplace of this unique style, orange wines from other regions are making a big splash too. From the textured, nutty expressions of Friuli in Italy to the vibrant, citrusy bottles coming out of Australia, and even the experimental gems from the USA, there’s no shortage of variety to explore.
For tonight, we’ve rounded up some of our favourites from around the globe so you can embark on a delicious journey through the world’s finest amber-hued creations.

- Please arrive at 18:50 for a 19:00 start. The tastings usually last for around two hours.
- No physical ticket required, just bring a copy of your order confirmation (on a phone is fine).
- Please confirm when booking if you have any allergies or dietary requirements. Please note that our cheese & wine tastings cannot be tailored to accommodate strict vegetarian diets due to the nature of our presentation.
- Strictly no under 18's.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- We adore our wonky old building. All we regret is that the staircase to our first floor bathroom and tasting room isn't overly forgiving and as such rules us out from being accessible. So sorry for the inconvenience it may cause.
- Please note that we kindly ask attendees not to wear strong aftershave or perfume for the event. This sounds like a silly request, but we try and keep our tasting room as a controlled environment so that only the wine fumes invade our nostrils.
