- Backordered, shipping soon
Join us for an effervescent evening dedicated to Pétillant Naturel the world’s most easy-going, free spirited sparkling wine.
This method, known as Méthode Ancestrale, involves bottling the wine before the first fermentation finishes, trapping natural bubbles inside without any added fizz magic. It's usually made with minimal intervention: no filtration, little or no dosage (added sugar), and often organic or biodynamic grapes. It’s a fun, fresh, and sometimes funky alternative to traditional sparkling wines, perfect for people who want something different from the usual Prosecco or Champagne.
Tonight we’ll explore what makes Pet Nat so delightfully different. Uncovering its origins and tasting our way through a line-up that shows just how diverse (and delicious) this style can be.

- We adore our wonky old building. All we regret is that the staircase to our first floor WC and tasting room is not forgiving and as such rules us out from being accessible. Sorry for the inconvenience it may cause.
- Please note that we kindly ask attendees not to wear strong aftershave or perfume for the event. This sounds like a silly request, but we try and keep our tasting room as a controlled environment so that only the wine fumes invade our nostrils.
