Vino Gusto is new, modern wine shop based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, UK. We curate outstanding wines from ever corner of the globe and deliver them to your door. Our aim is to build a community of curious drinkers and adventurous thinkers with whom we can share our love for all things vinous.
Great question. We list wines that we love. We curate our list to be eclectic, but make sure we cover certain, key commercial regions, grapes, etc, to make sure that that we have a wine for everyone.
We have a philosophy of no bad choice. All killer, no fillers. We taste and travel the world regularly to find wines made by family-owned producers, made beautifully and, where possible, sustainably.
Whether you’re after a couple of bottles to fill the kitchen wine rack, or some special cases to squirrel away in your cellar, we can help you find what you’re looking for. Just think of us as your personal sommelier, but the only time we’ll ever look down our nose is into the glass…
We deliver all over the UK. We offer local deliver to postcodes IP28, IP29, IP30, IP31, IP32, IP33 and send all other parcels by next working day courier.
At this time, we can't ship wines outside of the UK. If you are based internationally and wish to order from us, you are welcome to arrange a courier service yourself and we can arrange the collection.

Local orders to postcodes IP28-IP33 are delivered for free.
All orders sent by courier incur an £8 shipping charge, unless your basket comes to more than £99. In this case, shipping is free of charge.
Local orders will be delivered on the same day if orders are placed before 2pm. Otherwise delivery will be made the next working day.
National orders will be delivered the next working day if orders are placed before 1pm (Mon-Thursday).
Our minimum order is in place to ensure that the cost of packaging and labour, in addition to the wine purchased does not exceed the order value.

Of course, we'll deliver to whichever shipping address you choose. Just make sure to add a note at checkout if you wish for it to be left with reception, or there is a certain floor you would like it to be delivered to.
If we're worried about extreme heat or cold, we'll contact you to advise that delivery could be delayed. Wine will not benefit in any extreme temperature conditions, so we'll make sure to do whats best by you and the wine.
Our inventory system is always live. If somethings not in stock, it will say so and only let you add the wine we do have in stock to your basket.
If there is a wine that you want more of than we have showing available, please get in touch. In most cases we can arrange more stock delivered to you in just a couple of days.
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each destination.
We're very sorry about this...
If you receive the wrong wine in your order we will replace your bottle and rebate any delivery costs you incur from the original order.
If your wine is corked (or suffering from a clear fault) or incurs bottle damage, please contact us immediately by email and we will organise a refund. We may request the return of the damaged product before a refund is given so that we can make an assessment as well.
Oh no! We're sorry, that's embarrassing. It rarely happens, but we can admit that taste is subjective!
Get in touch with us. In general, we won't refund a purchase because you didn't like the wine. We may however swap the bottle for something we think you might prefer after chatting to you a bit more.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too, but it's usually within just a few days.
Of course! Just drop a note in the box at checkout and we'll gladly pop a note in with the delivery for the recipient.
