Captivating, powerful and classical Riesling. This is the baby brother of Heiligenstein; Allram's most revered Riesling. Juicy peach and yellow stone fruit lead the attack, and the palate is fine, steel and mineral with a blood orange tartness. Powerful, yet elegant with a long fine finish.

Schist and Gneiss! It is what gives distinction to GAISBERG and provides the 1er CRU vineyard with incomparable minerality. Year after year the site presents a complex Riesling with clear stone fruit aromas.

Perfect pairing with spicy Asian cuisine, or also goes beautifully with shellfish and fish dishes.
