Dark, structured and quietly brilliant. Made from Georgia’s flagship Saperavi grape, this Reserve is partially vinified in traditional qvevri before ageing in American oak, adding depth without masking the fruit. Expect layers of black cherry, damson and wild berries, with notes of black pepper, dried herbs and a subtle floral lift.
On the palate it’s bold but polished with spiced dark fruit, a touch of minerality and silky tannins carrying through to a long, confident finish. Proper grown-up Saperavi with finesse as well as muscle. A natural partner for beef, lamb or game. One for anyone who likes their reds serious, but still very drinkable.
