Nuances of white bread, brioche and stewed apricot with generous fruit presence - and charm as well; considerable body, firm and open-hearted, very round and juicy, smooth yellow fruitiness, tingling and balanced, not too sweet, very beautiful filling.
Weingut Bründlmayer is one of the star producers of the Kamptal region in Austria and a founding member of the Österreichische Traditionsweingüter. Willi Bründlmayer owns 90 hectares of vineyards on rocky terraces in Langenlois and these are farmed according to organic principles. These vineyards include several Este Lagen, including one of Kamptal's best vineyards - Zöbinger Heiligenstein. The wines carry organic certification from the 2019 vintage. The winery is run by the Bründlmayer family and general manager Andreas Wickhoff MW. Together, the Bründlmayer team displays meticulous attention to detail. The focus is on excellent Grüner Veltliner and Riesling from great sites in the Kamptal but the estate also produces fantastic Sekt and Pinot Noir.

We do not deliver wine internationally.
You will receive an automated confirmation on ordering. It is unavoidable that wines will sometimes be out of stock, so we will always contact you to advise a delivery estimate in this case. If you need the wine for a particular date, or before a particular date please make sure you specify this. Delivery is then the following working day. So if you order before 12pm and we have the stock available, you should receive your wine the following working day, as stated above.
Deliveries are normally made weekdays before 4pm. Unsuccessful deliveries will be attempted the next working day if nobody is available to accept the delivery, unless you specify a place to leave the shipment in this case. If a request is made for wine to be left unattended, Vino Gusto will not be held responsible if the wine goes missing after the courier has delivered it. If a delivery has not arrived in the timeframe, please let us know. Although the courier should tell us if there are any breakages, please let us know of any damage within 24 hours of receipt, so we can investigate.
Please also be sure to check the number of cases for which you are signing; we cannot replace wine that has been signed for but not received.
Please note that we, regretfully, are currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland.
