A classic blend of barrel-fermented Chardonnay (60%) and Pinot Noir (40%) showing real class. Loaded with baked green apple, zesty lemon and tingling salinity, the wine is pure and fresh. The palate is creamy, round and elegant with a finish that just won't quit. Ideal for a posh tipple now, but stick this away for a few years and the wine will continue to improve for a decade or more, no doubt. Just 7,700 bottles produced, so it won't stick around long!
