An almost Pinot Noir like wine with bright, fresh berries and freshness. A pure and ripe example of this indigenous grape variety, from a windy, sunlit, northeast-facing vineyard of 30–40-year-old vines on sandy clay and limestone soils. With gentle tannins and hints of white pepper on the finish. This wine is made for charcutiere!
