This wine is as animated as the label (that glows in the dark!)... This is razor sharp with apples and pears. The palate is wonderfully mineral and a little round, making the wine very food friendly. Very moreish, very delicious.

Just like Von Buhl, we love our Riesling bone dry... German wine laws dictate that any bottle up to 9g/l of residual sugar can be labelled as Trocken or dry. In this instance the wine is 2.8g/l - certainly Bone Dry!
