Ruby Dum is bottle-matured to retain its youthful ruby colour and vibrant red-fruit character, while Tawny Dee is matured in small old oak casks, evolving into a paler tawny hue with nutty and orange-peel notes.
They’re playfully named after the characters Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee from Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, reflecting the idea of two siblings (twins) with shared origins but diverging stories.
