An extraordinary white wine from Tenerife. It draws its name from the island's distinctive vine-training method: el cordón trenzado. Here, the vines are intricately plaited, stretching out for metres across the volcanic landscape. From afar they look like spindly spider legs. Wild and bracing. Bursting with citrus, delicate floral hints, and a touch of smokiness—all underpinned by a beautifully chalky texture.
