From old Gamay vines planted on classic granitic slopes in Morgon. Thibault works organically in the vineyard, encouraging balanced, healthy fruit without heavy intervention. In the winery he favours native yeasts and a gentle whole-bunch approach that lets the grape’s purity and the site’s personality shine. The wine sees an extended period on its fine lees, building textural weight and complexity without muddying the lively core of fruit. The result? Red and dark berry brightness with savoury nuance and a poised structure that feels both effortless and beautifully defined a true Morgon that bridges fresh gluggability with real terroir expression.
