This wine is a collaborative project from respected Navarra producer Viña Zorzal and our very own Ben Henshaw. Grapes are from a high, rocky vineyard where the northerly ‘cierzo’ wind, which winemaker Xabi Sanz puts gives freshness and ‘edge to the wine’.
