Fresh, vibrant and incredibly expressive. Brilliantly aromatic without ever being sweet, this bursts with orange blossom, jasmine and chamomile, alongside juicy melon, ripe citrus and a subtle saline finish on the palate.

This is a brilliant bottle if you enjoy the perfume of Viognier or Albariño but prefer something with a little more zip. Fantastic with Thai curries, grilled prawns, ceviche or simply enjoyed well chilled in the garden on a sunny afternoon.
About The Producer
Bodega Staphyle was established in 2002 when the Porretta family lovingly restored a historic winery dating back to the 1930s in Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza. Today, the family farms around 60 hectares of vineyards, combining modern winemaking with some of Argentina's finest vineyard sites. Their philosophy is simple: produce wines that are expressive, approachable and exceptional value, showcasing both Argentina's famous varieties and some of its lesser-known gems. The Iris range is all about freshness, purity and everyday enjoyment.
Winemaking Information
The grapes are grown in the high-altitude vineyards of Mendoza, where warm, sunny days are balanced by cool Andean nights. After harvesting, the fruit is gently pressed and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve the grape's wonderfully aromatic character. No oak is used, allowing the vibrant floral notes, crisp acidity and pure fruit to take centre stage. The result is a bright, expressive Torrontés that's every bit as refreshing as it is aromatic.
