About The Producer
Rosalía Molina established Bodegas Altolandon high in the hills of Manchuela, where vineyards at around 1,100 metres enjoy sunny days and notably cool nights. Organic and biodynamic farming, native yeasts and a restrained approach in the cellar allow her wines to show both their aromatic generosity and their high-altitude freshness.
Winemaking Information
Made from 100% Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains grown at high altitude in Manchuela. After around twelve hours of skin contact, the must ferments spontaneously at controlled temperatures. Malolactic fermentation is avoided, and the wine spends eight months on its lees in stainless steel, with regular stirring to develop texture.
