About The Producer
Domaine du Landreau is a family-run Loire estate with four generations of vinegrowers behind its Morin sparkling wines. Hand harvesting and careful fruit selection help keep the wines bright and fresh. Extended bottle ageing gives their Crémants a little more finesse and texture than you'd expect at this price.
Winemaking Information
Traditional-method Crémant de Loire Rosé from Cabernet Franc and Grolleau, producing a light, red-fruited style. Grapes are selected and picked by hand before bottle fermentation and lees ageing; wine merchants describe an extended period of up to three years on lees. UK trade specifications list 12% ABV and 75cl; one independent merchant quotes 12.5%, so the physical bottle should be checked for batch-specific alcohol content.
