About The Producer
Domaine Fournillon et Fils is a family estate in Bernouil, north-east of Chablis. Pascal Fournillon farms approximately 23 hectares across Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru and nearby Burgundy appellations, bottling increasingly under the family name.
Winemaking Information
100% Chardonnay from vineyards near Chablis in northern Burgundy, made in a crisp, mineral-led style. The 2024 release is confirmed at 12.5% ABV. Detailed vintage-specific fermentation and maturation information was not established for the straight Bourgogne Blanc and should not be confused with the separate Cuvée de l'Empéreur.
