About The Producer
Les Vignobles Foncalieu brings together more than 600 growers across the Languedoc. Combe Rouge comes from parcels around the Étang de Thau lagoon and inland hillsides, where limestone, sand and gravel soils help shape the crisp, saline character of Picpoul de Pinet.
Winemaking Information
100% Picpoul Blanc from parcels on clay-limestone near the Étang de Thau and sandy or gravelly inland hillsides. Temperature-controlled stainless-steel fermentation preserves the wine's citrus freshness. Unoaked. The 2025 vintage is 13% ABV and vegan.
