About The Producer
Gran Gesta is made by Covides, a quality-focused winegrowers’ cooperative in Penedès, Catalonia. The winery works with traditional Cava varieties to make fresh, fruit-led sparkling wines.
Winemaking Information
Traditional-method Cava made from Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Parellada (approximately 34%, 33% and 33%). Selected grapes are pressed and fermented, with secondary fermentation in bottle and maturation in the winery's underground cellars. Disgorged with a modest dosage.
