Winemaking Information
2025 Riesling from carefully selected Rheinhessen vineyards on limestone, marl, loess and clay-influenced soils. Gentle pressing followed by temperature-controlled stainless-steel fermentation to dryness. A period on fine lees brings a little extra texture. Technical specifications list 11.5% ABV, 7.9g/L total acidity and 7.8g/L residual sugar, with organic, vegan and vegetarian classifications.
