100% Pinot Noir from selected Rheinhessen vineyards, made as a pale, dry rosé to preserve freshness and delicate red-fruit character. Technical specifications report 11.5% ABV, total acidity 6.6g/L and residual sugar 6.9g/L, with vegan and vegetarian suitability.
