About The Producer
Terres Fidèles is a project dedicated to the remarkable vineyard sites of southern France, working with growers whose wines reflect their land. The Montsablé range draws on the higher, cooler vineyards of the Haute Vallée de l'Aude, where altitude and limestone-rich soils give Chardonnay both generosity and freshness.
Winemaking Information
Chardonnay from 20 to 30-year-old vines on clay-limestone soils in the Haute Vallée de l'Aude. Lees contact develops body and texture, while 30% of the wine spends six months in French oak, adding a subtle toasty, creamy note without overwhelming the fruit.
