Rather than owning a single estate, they source fruit from the regions best suited to each variety, creating wines that are authentic, sustainable and exceptional value. The DeNatale range celebrates southern Italy's sunshine, generosity and relaxed approach to food and wine, producing bottles that are made to be opened rather than admired. Sustainability runs through the business, from vegan-friendly winemaking to environmentally conscious production.
Winemaking Information
The fruit is sourced from selected vineyards in Puglia, where warm Mediterranean sunshine and cooling coastal breezes allow Fiano to ripen slowly while retaining its vibrant acidity. After a gentle pressing, the juice is fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks to preserve the grape's naturally floral aromatics and fresh fruit character. No oak is used, resulting in a bright, expressive wine with plenty of purity and a lovely textured finish.
