About The Producer
Clos de Lôm is a family winery in Fontanars dels Alforins, Valencia, with roots going back to 1836. It farms vines in the region's high inland valley, where ripeness is tempered by cool nights. Its wines combine rich Mediterranean flavour with freshness and a clear sense of place.
Winemaking Information
100% Malvasia from Fontanars dels Alforins. The estate's general information describes dry-farmed bush vines around 20 years old, early harvesting, careful must separation, a long cool fermentation and more than four months' lees contact. This information comes from an earlier vintage's published method, not a verified 2025 sheet. Existing ABV: 14%.
