About The Producer
Moschopolis is the project of the Germanis and Paralidis families near Thessaloniki in northern Greece. The winery champions local grape varieties, organic regenerative vineyard management and restrained, low-intervention cellar work, combining distinctive Greek varieties with thoughtful use of oak and amphorae.
Winemaking Information
The 2025 wine is reported in a vintage-specific Greek exhibition listing as 94% Assyrtiko and 6% Xinomavro, from organically grown grapes in Macedonia, with 13.5% ABV, 2.6g/L residual sugar and 6.3g/L total acidity. The winery's general information describes native-yeast fermentation with controlled-temperature stainless steel and oak, followed by around six months on fine lees in new and second-use French oak barrels. Bottled unfiltered. General producer blend percentages differ from the vintage-specific 2025 record.
