About The Producer
Pazo Señorans is one of the leading names in Rías Baixas, helping demonstrate how much character and longevity Albariño can achieve. Based in the Salnés Valley, the estate works with its own vineyards and carefully selected local growers, combining rigorous fruit selection with long, patient maturation to capture the grape's Atlantic freshness.
Winemaking Information
Made from 100% Albariño from the Salnés Valley, hand-harvested and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel at around 18°C, followed by at least five months on lees. Colección then receives approximately 30 months of bottle ageing before release, with no oak influence.
