About The Producer
Bodegas Manzanos is a long-established family producer working across Rioja and Navarra. Its Palacio de Manzanos comes from the tiny two-hectare 1890 Manzanos Viñedo Singular, a distinctive old-vine parcel whose Garnacha has earned recognition for concentration, balance and a precise expression of place. The 2017 release is a particularly accomplished example.
Winemaking Information
Palacio de Manzanos 2017 is made entirely from Garnacha grown in the two-hectare 1890 Manzanos Viñedo Singular. The estate gives the wine ten months in lightly toasted French oak barrels, adding restrained spice and structure to its concentrated red and black fruit.
