About The Producer
Cà dei Maghi is a small family estate in the Valpolicella hills, now run by Paolo Creazzi. It specialises in carefully made regional wines, including small-production Amarone and experimental bottlings.
Winemaking Information
The 2016 Canova Riserva blends Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara. Grapes from Monte Sant'Urbano were dried for approximately four months before fermentation; the wine then matured for around 60 months in barrel. 16.5% ABV.
